"Beware of this place and State Farm as a company! We purchased a home nearly two years ago and went with State Farm for our home insurance. Worst experience ever. Filed a claim after a bad hailstorm (1.5" sized hail) last fall. State Farm sent out "their" adjuster (3rd party company) and subsequently denied the claim stating there was no damage. A few months later we received a letter informing us of discontinued coverage if we didn't make repairs to our roof. What?!?! I called and talked to the local agent, Neil Rosenow, and was told we were getting dropped because we made a claim. What?!?! Neil was no help at all and is clearly just a corporate yes-man only concerned with his bottom line. Several contractors and insurance brokers I've talked with since have stated that this is common practice by State Farm during recent years. Thanks State Farm!!!!!!! DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR BUSINESS!"
